Western Blot

Immunoblot Analysis Marker (lane 1), 10 ug (lane 2), 1 ug (lane 3), 0.1 ug (lane 4), 0.01 ug (lane 5) of BSA samples were resolved by lectrophoresis, blotted to nitrocellulose, and probed with Anti-BSA (1:4,000). Proteins were visualized with at anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP (1:5,000) and DAB substrate. Arrow indicates BSA (69 kDa).

Dot Blot

10 ug (lane 1), 1 ug (lane 2), 0.1 ug (lane 3), 0.01 ug (lane 4), 0.001 ug (lane 5) of BSA samples were dotted to nitrocellulose, and probed with Anti-BSA (1:4,000). Proteins were visualized with goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP (1:5,000) and DAB substrate.
