Streptavidin-HRP
Format
Lyophilized HRP conjugated streptavidin from 0.01M PBS
buffer including 15mg/ml of BSA, with 0.25M sodium
chloride. Contains no preservative. Reconstitute with
1ml of ddH2O.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute with sterile DW to 1 ml. After
reconstitution the product is stable for several weeks
at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid. For extended storage
after reconstitution, add an equal volume of glycerol to
make a final concentration of 50% glycerol followed by
storage at -20°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 12
months. The concentration of protein (and buffer salts)
will decrease to one-half of the original after the
addition of glycerol. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Storage
Lyophilized material is stable for up to 2 year at
2-8°C.
Applications
ELISA (0.01-0.1ug/ml), WB (1-2 ug/ml), IHC.
