Description
The EzWay™ Pfu PCR MasterMix is a mastermix containing Pfu DNA Polymerase, Pfu PCR Buffer and dNTPs. Pfu DNA Polymerase isolated from Pyrococcus furiosus, a proofreading DNA polymerase due to 3'→5' exonuclease activity exhibits the lowest error rate of any thermostable DNA polymerase studied. Simply add 1 volume of primers and template DNA diluted in the distilled water into equal volume of 2x EzWay™ Pfu PCR MasterMix. Pipetting steps are minimized, reducing the possibility of errors and contamination. The combination of high amplification and easy handling makes the 2x EzWay™ Pfu PCR MasterMix ideal for use the cloning, the preparation of sequencing template and site-directed mutagenesis.
