Description The SensiMix Probe One-Step Kit provides optimal performance and maximum convenience for real-time, quantitative analysis of RNA templates in a single reaction format on real-time instruments such as the Corbett Research Rotor-Gene™ 3000 and Roche LightCycler® 480. A separate tube of ROX fluorescent dye is supplied as an option to measure this passive reference signal on real-time instruments such as the ABI 7500, 7900HT and the Stratagene Mx3000P® and Mx3005P® platforms. The SensiMix Probe One-Step Kit has been optimized for use on a wide variety of probe chemistries including TaqMan® probes, molecular beacons, scorpions and FRET probes.
