Description The SensiMix Capillary Kit has been optimized for use with glass capillary-based real-time instruments, making it specifically suitable for the Roche LightCycler® 1.0 and 2.0 platforms. The kit has been developed to provide the high sensitivity required for challenging assays on capillary instruments both for probe-based and SYBR® Green I-based chemistries. The 2x master mix includes a hot start DNA polymerase for unparalleled specificity and excellent sensitivity. Volume QT405-01: 100 x 20µl Reactions: 1 x 400µl QT405-05: 500 x 20µl Reactions: 2 x 1ml QT405-20: 2000 x 20µl Reactions: 8 x 1ml Components Heat-activated DNA polymerase Ultra-pure dNTPs MgCl₂ (6mM) Plus separate vials of: 50mM MgCl₂ SYBR® Green I Kit Size The kit size is based on a 20µl final reaction volume. Storage Conditions 6 months at -20°C. Avoid exposure of the SYBR® Green I to light.
