Specification

Staining solution for fixation of the protein to gel
Ready-to-use protein staining solution
Sensitivity : 4ng of BSA protein per band
Highly sharp and clear staining of protein bands just within 20 minutes
No background
Water-based destaining
No need for multi-step washing

Protocol

. General method
1. Wash the gel with ultra pure water for 5 minutes.
2. Repeat step 1 two more times.
3. Immerse the gel fully in EzWay™ Protein-Quick Blue till your desired protein band will appear. Over night staining will not cause background enhancement.
4. After staining is complete, wash the gel with ultra pure water.
  Washing after staining will enhance the band intensity color.
. Microwave method (for very fast staining)
1. Immerse the gel in 50-100ml of ultra pure water.
2. Incubate it for 1 minute in microwave and then agitate for 5 minutes.
  Discard the water and replace with fresh ultra pure water.
3. Incubate it for 1 minute in microwave and then agitate for 2 minutes.
  Discard the water and replace with fresh ultra pure water.
4. Repeat step 3 one more time.
5. Add EzWay™ Protein-Quick Blue solution to fully immerse the gel, incubate it in microwave for 30 seconds and agitate till bands are developed.
6. After staining is complete, wash the gel with ultra pure water.
  Washing after staining will enhance the band intensity color.
