Description

The EzWay™ Neo Taq PCR MasterMix is a mastermix containing Neo Taq DNA Polymerase, Neo Taq Buffer, dNTPs and MgCl2. The EzWay™ Neo Taq PCR MasterMix is a blend of two thermal DNA polymerases, therefore, the fidelity and amplification length of the resultant DNA fragment is improved, while retaining the DNA polymerization power of the Taq DNA Polymerase. Simply add 1 volume of primers and template DNA diluted in the distilled water into equal volume of 2x EzWay™ Neo Taq PCR MasterMix. Pipetting steps are minimized, reducing the possibility of errors and contamination.
The combination of long range amplification and easy handling makes the 2x EzWay™ Neo Taq PCR MasterMix ideal for use with rare and long size DNA synthesis from cDNA libraries, 5'-RACE, 3'-RACE, and amplification of >3kb insert for cloning.
